Terms & Conditions

This contest is open to all Malaysians aged 12 year and below as of 2017, except the employees and the immediate family members of Southern Lion Sdn Bhd.(organizer),its promotion agencies, advertising agencies,PR agencies and its associate companies.

Contest starts on 1st november 2017 and ends on 31st December 2017 (contest period).

To qualify for 1 entry, participant must purchase any Kodomo Lion’s products worth RM 8.00 and above in a single receipt within the contest period and attach the original receipt with the completed entry form. Participants may enter as many times as they wish provided each entry form is accompanied with sufficient and valid proof of purchase.

There are 5 units of smiggle gift card worth RM200 and 50 units of smiggle gift card worth RM100 to be won. Each participant may win 1 prize in the whole duration.

Winner list will be announced within 4 weeks after the contest end date in http://kodomolion.com.my/backtoschoolwithahealthysmile

Prize will be delivered to the address provided by the participant.

Send the completed entry form via normal mail. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt. Organizer is not responsible for any lost or misdirected entries.

Prize is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable. The organizer reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of an equivalent value without prior notice.
9.
The organizer reserves the rights to publish and/or diplay any particulars of winners for the purpose of advertising, publicity and winner announcement.
10.
Participants agree to bear full liability and responsibility for any expenses, loss,injury,damage,claim or accident incurred caused by their participation and in this contest.
11.
All decisions made by the judges and organizer are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

The organizer may at its sole discretion amend the terms and conditions set out herein without prior notice.

The organizer may transfer personal information (including but not limited to, name, address, contact numbers,i.c numbers) to service provider(s) for the purposes of administering the contest and contacting participants, solely for this contest only.
